Mr. S. Chandra Mohan

Chandra Mohan Siram is a highly accomplished professional who has made significant contributions to the agricultural industry. He pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the esteemed Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (APAU), Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India, and then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

With over Four decades of experience in the agri sector, Chandra Mohan began his career in 1976 at M/s Shaw Wallace & Co. Ltd. He later joined M/s Godavari Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., where he served in various capacities and earned a reputation as a 'Crisis Manager' for his ability to handle complex situations with strategic finesse. His groundbreaking efforts in introducing fermentation-oriented Gluconate and Lactate products to the Indian and global agricultural markets earned him widespread acclaim. His innovative ideas have proven to be game changers in the industry, making him a sought-after figure in the agricultural sector.

As the Managing Director of M/s Sahasra Crop Science, Chandra has been instrumental in creating sustainable and advanced agricultural products. He is highly regarded for his exceptional leadership skills, diehard determination, and strategic planning abilities, which have propelled the company to new heights. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his deep understanding of complex ideas have made him a highly respected figure in the indus.

Dr. N. Sreerama Reddy

He graduated from Acharya NG Ranga Agriculture University (ANGRAU), Agricultural College, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India and obtained M.Sc. (Ag) from Madras University, Madras, Tamilnadu and Ph. D from Kansas State University, USA and IARI, New Delhi during 1975. He served in different capacities and retired as Dean of Agriculture, ANGRAU. He was associated with the development and release of Rice Variety B.P.T. 5204 in 1986 and which is still popular with the farming community and has grown in larger areas in India and Abroad. First Rice Hybrids APHR-1 and APHR-II were released by Dr.Sreerama Reddy and also released many BPH resistant varieties in rice.

He worked for long years for the popularization and adoption of organic farming in India and abroad. In pursuit of this, he visited several countries viz. USA, UK, Australia, Philippines, China, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Panama, and British Guyana. He is a recipient of the Life Time Achievement Award for his scientific contributions to the society.

D K. Jyothi Prakash

The Sahasra team boasts an impressive array of skilled individuals from various fields, including the resourceful Leader D.K. Jyothi Prakash. Holding a BE (MECH) degree from NIT Aurangabad, Prakash began his career as a builder with renowned construction companies in multiple locations across Hyderabad and Telangana. Over time, he has gained extensive knowledge in both mechanical and construction industries. In addition to his expertise in construction processes, Prakash has also developed significant marketing skills and built a broad network in the Pharma and Agri industry. Prakash, with his vast experience and impressive track record, plays a pivotal role in Sahasra by overseeing production, marketing, and operations. He serves as a backbone to the organization, ensuring its success and growth.
